German Apple-Egg Pancakes

List of Ingredients
4 eggs, separated
1 C milk
1 1/4 C sifted flour
2 T sugar
Dash salt
1 large apple, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can applesauceRecipe
Separate egg whites from yolks. Beat whites until foamy.
Combine flour, sugar and salt with milk and add to the egg yolks. Fold in the egg whites. Fold in apple slices. Fry pancakes in well greased frying pan. Top pancakes with applesauce to serve.
