- 1 C kasha
- 1 egg
- 2 C hot bouillon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 C sliced mushrooms
- 1 C sour cream
Instructions
- Combine the egg with the kasha. saute in butter or oil for one minute, stirring constantly until grains separate. Add hot bouillon and cook slowly, covered, for half an hour.
- Saute onion and mushrooms. Add to kasha with one cup sour cream.
