List of Ingredients
1 C bulger wheat
2 C chopped scallion,
2 C chopped fresh parsley,
1/4 C chopped fresh mint,
2C chopped tomato
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 C lemon juice
1/3 C olive oil
Recipe
Soak bulger in water to cover for half an hour. Squeeze dry by pressing between palms. Combine all, mix well and chill. To serve, Use cabbage or lettuce leaves as scoops, or serve with Arabic bread.
Var; Add 1 red onion, minced. Serve it as an appetizer, as a salad or with pita bread.
