    List of Ingredients




    1/4 C fat
    3/4 C chopped onion
    1/4 C minced celery
    1/4 C minced bell pepper
    1 1/4 C raw rice
    2 1/2 C tomatoes
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 C grated chihuahua cheese (Mild cheddar)
    2/3 C chopped cooked ham (or any meat)

    Saute vegetables in the fat. Remove from pan. Parch rice in the pan and add the vegetables back to the pan, mix. Put into a casserole dish.
    Heat the tomatoes and chili powder to a boil and add to the casserole. Sprinkle with the meat and cheese. Bake uncoverd at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
