1 pound dried salt cod, (or use fresh)
1/4 C olive oil
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 T parsley, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C water
6 walnuts, mashedRecipe
Soak codfish 15 hours and drain. Or use fresh cod. Fry in oil with next 4 ingredients. Add water and walnuts, simmer half an hour. (probably less for fresh).
