List of Ingredients




4 large beets
1 large bunch celery
1 hard-boiled egg
5 T mayonnaise
1 T vinegar
salt
pepper
watercress for garnish

Recipe



Cook and peel the beets. Scoop out centers leaving a 3/8 inch wall. Chill beets.
Chop the celery and egg and mix thoroughly with the chopped, scooped out beet. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stuff into the beets. Chill for 1 hour. Garnish with watercress.
