Chuletas de Ternera con Acietunas-(veal)

1 1/2 pounds veal cutlets, 1/4 inch thick, pounded paper thin
salt to taste
pepper
1/4 C butter
1/3 C Marsala wine
10 green olives, cut up
Recipe
Wipe veal with a damp cloth, season with salt and pepper. Fry very quickly in the butter and brown lightly on both sides. Add Marsala and olives. Heat 1 minute and serve. This should cook a total of 5 minutes in all.
