List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 C chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 flour, or corn, tortilla
shredded lettuce
grated chedder cheese
chopped green onion
diced tomatoes
louisiana hot sauce
Recipe
Combine and saute the ingredients. Place liberal portion of meat off center of tortilla.Fold and Fasten with a toothpick. Fry on both sides until crisp. Remove toothpicks. Serve with side dishes of shredded lettuce, grated chedder cheese, chopped green onion, diced tomatoes and louisiana hot sauce.
