Marinated beef skewers

Recipe Introduction
Enough for 8 tapas served with mushrooms and bread.
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 T dry sherry
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked spanish paprika
Instructions
- Combine sherry, vinegar,olive oil,salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add beef, coat well and marinade 2 hours.
- Thread onto skewers and grill on medium-hot coals about three minutes per side.
- Serve with marinated mushrooms and rustic bread.
