    6 C top milk (or whole milk and half and half combined)
    1/2 C sugar
    3 oz bitter chocolate
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp, vanilla

    Recipe



    Heat ingredients, stir until chocolate melts. Gradually invert 1 cup of it into eggs. Return to chocolate in saucepan. stir and cook over low heat about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until frothy.
    Cinnamon and cloves are optional, or dash of nutmeg on top.
    Whipped cream is also optional.
