    Mexican Chocolate Balls

    Makes 2 dozen.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 pound grated bitter chocolate
    1/3 C confectioners sugar
    1/3 C almond paste (marzipan)
    1 T very strong espresso
    1 T butter
    1/4 C cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Work chocolate, sugar, marzipan, coffee and butter together to make a smooth paste. Shape in very small balls and roll in cocoa and cinnamon mixed together.
