List of Ingredients
1 T olive oil
1/2 clove garlic
1 C raw rice
2 C boiling water
2 small new carrots, diced
1/3 C green peas
1 small potato, diced
salt
pepper
Recipe
Heat oil in fry pan. Cut garlic into 2-3 slices and fry to a light yellow. Remove. Spread the rice in the fry pan and cook until light yellow, stirring up from bottom. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until rice and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. If necessary ad more boiling water. Rice must be perfectly dry and tender, but not soft. Serve with fried bananas.
