    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
    Serves 2.

    List of Ingredients




    2 skirt steaks
    2/3 C flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 T oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper,chopped
    2 C chopped tomatoes
    1/4 C red pasilla chili sauce, (or ancho)

    Recipe



    Fry one side of steak very brown in oil. combine rest of ingredients and pour over steak. Place in oven and cook 1 1/2 hours
