    Serves 4.

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds neck meat, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1/2 C flour
    1/2 C suet
    1 tsp salt
    1 T chili powder
    1 garlic clove, minced
    6-8 small onions
    4 potatoes

    Recipe



    Dredge meat in flour. Brown in hot tried-out suet (rendered ?) in deep kettle. Add water and seasonings and simmer until meat is tender. Add onions and continue cooking for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots which have been peeled and quartered. Cook until vegetables are tender.
