Recipe Introduction
Make this sauce ahead of time so the flavors blend. But add the vinegar just before serving so it won't darken the sauce.
List of Ingredients
- 3 large cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 T coarse sea salt
- 1 large bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 green chile, seeded and chopped (serrano)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 half cup olive oil
- 1 T white wine vinegar
Instructions
- In small food processor, combine the garlic, salt, cilantro and chili, and reduce to a paste. Slowly add oil until you have a smooth sauce. Add vinegar just before serving.
Final Comments
Serve with anything grilled, or anything it sounds good with.
