    1 medium onion
    2 T fat
    3 C leftover meat
    2 medium tomatoes
    4 ounces stock
    1/4 C currants
    1/2 tsp cilantro, minced
    pinch cloves

    Recipe



    Chop the onion. Chop the meat. Blanch, peel and cut up tomatoes. Fry the onions in the fat, then add meat and stir well as the meat browns. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for half an hour.
