Sherbet, Banana Milk

Yield; 1 1/2 quarts.
List of Ingredients
2 C banana pulp (about 6 bananas)
1 1/8 C sugar
1 2/3 C evaporated milk
1/2 C orange juice
few grains salt
Recipe
Select well ripened bananas. Mash bananas. Combine ingredients in order given. Chill for half an hour. Then freeze.
Var:
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and increase orange juice to 1 cup, and sugar to 1 1/2 cups.
