1 C water
1 1/2 C sugar
2 C orange juice
3 T lemon juice
2 egg whites
2 T sugar
Recipe
Combine water and 1 1/2 C sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add 2 T sugar and continue beating until stiff. Add syrup to egg whites and slowly mix in fruit juice. Turn into freezing tray and freeze to a mush. Turn into a bowl and beat. Return it to freezer until firm.
