    Ice Cream, Philadelphia Vanilla

    List of Ingredients

    1 C sugar
    1 quart heavy cream
    dash salt
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe

    Dissolve sugar in cream.Add salt and vanilla. Chill 20 minutes. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturers directions. Yields approximately 2 quarts.
