List of Ingredients
- 1 2/3 C evaporated milk
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C water
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1-10 ounce package frozen strawberries, Half thawed
Instructions
- Freeze one cup of the milk until icy cold. Beat 2/3 cup of the milk, sugar water, and cornstarch, 10 seconds.
- Pour into a pan and cook until thickened, over medium heat. Chill thoroughly.
- Whip cold milk 60 seconds, until stiff. add chilled milk mix and beat 20 seconds. Add berries and grind 5 seconds.
- Pour into trays and freeze, covered with plastic wrap.
