Asparagi Al Prosciutto ( Asparpagus)

Serves 6
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
List of Ingredients
2 pounds asparagus
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pound prosciutto
4 T grated fresh Parmesan cheese
8 T butterRecipe
Boil the asparagus, using the 1 1/2 tsp salt for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
Divide into 6 bundles and wrap each with thin prosciutto, secured with toothpicks. Place them on buttered cookie sheets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and heat in the oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and pour melted butter over them. Serve hot.
Var; Poach 6 eggs and use instead of prosciutto.
