3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 pounds turnip greens
salt

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and cook the garlic for 1 minute. Add the greens and stir well. Cook, covered, over low heat 8-10 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally so they cook evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
