    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 C buckwheat flour
    3/4 C hard wheat flour
    2 eggs
    2 T milk
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Combine the flours in a bowl and make a well in the center. Drop 1 egg at a time in, then add milk and salt. With a fork gradually beat the flour into the egg mixture and form into a soft ball. Knead 8-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. If too soft, add a little flour. Wrap in a damp cloth and let rest for half an hour.
    Roll out dough and cut into 1 by 3 1/2 inch strips(if using for pizzocheri, or any other casserole.)
