2 pound cans chick peas
2 garlic cloves
1 sprig rosemary
1/3 C olive oil
salt
pepper
2 T wine vinegarRecipe
In a medium size saucepan, add the chick peas, undrained. Add garlic and rosemary. Add 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Drain, remove the garlic and rosemary. Drizzle the olive oil over with lots salt and pepper. Toss and serve.
