Cottolete Di Vittels-Veal cutlets

List of Ingredients
1 pound veal cutlets
2 eggs
3 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1 1/2 C breadcrumbs
1/3 C olive oil
1 T chopped sweet basil
salt to taste pepper to tasteRecipe
Mix bread crumbs with cheese, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Roll cutlets in bread crumbs. Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs again. Heat oil in skillet. Brown cutlets quickly on both sides, over high flame. Reduce heat, cover and fry 20 minutes, or until tender. Serve very hot with lemon slices.
