    1/4 pound Gorgonzola cheese
    1/2 pound butter
    2 T brandy
    6 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

    Recipe



    crumble Gorgonzola, add butter and mix well. Blend in the brandy.
    Cut the toast from corner to corner into fourths and spread with mixture
