    Fegato on Vino Bianco (liver)

    List of Ingredients




    4 T sweet cream butter
    2 bay leaves
    2 pounds baby beef liver (1/4 inch thick)
    1/2 C dry white wine
    1-2 T chopped fresh parsley
    salt to taste

    Recipe



    Melt butter in fry pan over medium heat. Add the bay leaves and liver. saute 2-3 minutes on each side. Pour in the wine. cook until the wine almost evaporates. salt to taste.
    Put liver on a serving platter, sprinkle with the parsley and pour over them any remaining pan juices.
