List of Ingredients
1 16oz pkg Gnocchi
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped fresh basilRecipe
Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Heat oil on medium heat. Saute garlic until golden. remove and discard. Saute tomatoes and parsley 10 minutes. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste. Toss with hot gnocchi to coat.
Personal note; sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and let melt about half a minute. (as best it will).
