2 T butter, softened
1 C ricotta cheese
1-2 T light cream
2 T minces onion
1 tsp capers,chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
pinch ground cumin
salt
4-6 slices toasted rye breadRecipe
Beat the butter until soft and light. Gradually add Ricotta and blend well until very smooth. Thin with enough light cream to a spreadable consistency. Add the next 5 ingredients and blend well. Form into a mound on a plate. Garnish with a little more paprika. Serve with toast points.
