1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 C milkRecipe
Combine dry ingredients. Gradually stir in the milk to form a smooth batter, about the consistency of cream. chill 2 hours.
Use for deep frying vegetables, rice croquettes and fried cheese. Fry at 360 degrees F,
