2 eggs
1 1/2 T olive oil
2/3 C warm water
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C flourRecipe
Beat together the eggs, adding the oil, water and salt, until homogenous. Slowly sprinkle in the flour, beating constantly until the mixture is of a pancake batter. Let sit 2 hours before using.
Use to deep fat fry vegetables, chunks of seafood, fruit, and flowers.
