    Polenta cheese pie
    preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    List of Ingredients




    1 recipe polenta
    1/2 pound Fontina or Gruyere
    2 C Italian tomato sauce
    1 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Slice the cold polenta into desired thickness.
    Oil a baking dish and arrange layers of polenta over the bottom. Top with Fontina cheese. Top that with tomato sauce and sprinkle Parmesan over. Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending with Parmesan.
    Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the sauce bubbles.
