2 C cooked white beans
1 egg
2 T freshly grated Parmesan cheese
pinch clove
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 C wheat germ (Approx)
oil for fryingRecipe
Force beans through a sieve, or puree. Add remaining ingredients, using 1/4 C wheat germ, and blend well. It should be firm enough to sold its shape.
Form into patties, 2 inch in diameter by half an inch thick. Coat with wheat germ and fry in hot oil, 360 degrees F. until golden
