    List of Ingredients




    1/2 bunch rocket or arugula
    1/4 pound lambs lettuce
    1/4 pound chicory
    1/4 pound spinach
    1/4 curly endive
    1/2 bunch watercress
    1 small fennel bulb, diced
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 handful parsley, chopped
    1 handful mint, chopped
    2 T freshly chopped chives
    1/3 C vinaigrette sauce

    Recipe



    Break greens into bite sized pieces. Toss with the rest of ingredients.

    Var; you can also substitute sorrel,purslane, dandelion greens, basil or valerian.
