    Serves 4

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds fresh greens
    2 T olive oil
    2 large garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 C broth

    Recipe



    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. (note, the recipe did not specify what to do with the garlic-so at your discretion either slice, mince, or press the garlic.), saute 1 minute. Add the greens in batches, turning until wilted. Season with salt. Add broth and stir to incorporate. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes, until all liquid evaporates.
