Chocolate semifreddo

List of Ingredients
3 1/2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
4 T rum
2 C heavy cream
6 T confectioners sugar
3 egg whitesRecipe
Melt chocolate, add rum and stir until chocolate is smooth. Set aside to cool.
Whip the cream with half the sugar until it holds its shape, but is not stiff.
Whip the egg whites stiff, then add rest of sugar, beating stiff.
Fold the chocolate into whipped cream, then into egg whites. pour into a mold and freeze 3-4 hours.
