Chick Peas and Tuna Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 C chopped red onion
- 2 T chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped ( 1/2 C)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) progresso lihgt tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1/4 C progresso red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss onion, parsley, celery, garlic, chick peas and tuna.
- Stir together vinegar and oil. and stir into chick pea mixture
- Season with saltand pepper. Cover and chill.
