List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound stir fry beef
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 large cloves garlic
- soy sauce, to cover
- 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 large scallion, sliced
- 1 1/2 C chopped cabbage
- 1/2 C shelled edamame or frozen peas
- 1/2 C straw mushrooms
- 1/2 of a 5 ounce can sliced bamboo shoots
- 1/2 of a 5 ounce can sliced waterchestnuts
- 1/2 C bean sprouts
- .
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 T water
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T Saki wine or dry sherry
- .
- 12 ounces of Sea Tangle kelp noodles
Instructions
- Cut the bamboo shoots into desired size. Make a sauce of the salt, sugar, water, cornstarch and saki. set aside
- Make a marinade of the lime juice, soy sauce and garlic. Put the beef in a covered container or baggie and add the marinade. Use enough soy sauce to cover the beef. Marinate for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Drain meat and stir fry. Add vegetables and saute until carrots are tender. Add noodles and stir,
- Restir the sauce mixture and pour it over ingredients in pan. stir and fry until sauce thickens.
- Serve over hot sea kelp noodles.
