Korean Style Marinade

List of Ingredients
1/2 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch cilantro
5 garlic cloves
3 scallions
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 cup mushroom flavored soy sauce (regular works )
6 tablespoons lime juice
2 shakes black pepper
3 shakes salt
Recipe
Blend all in the blender. Marinate beef or pork one half to one hour. Overnight for fowl.
Works well for shish kebabs and flanken ribs, or just use your imagination for other ideas.
