    1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped (about 1 cup)
    2 C olive oil
    1/4 C fresh lime juice
    6 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all. Marinate 2 or more hours. Prepare the grill, when ready, grill the meat.
