Miso Marinade

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 C miso
- 6 T water
- 1/4 C mirin rice wine or sherry
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- On low heat, cook the miso, water and mirin, stirring occasionally, until it forms a thick paste, about 4 minutes.
- Marinate 4-6 fish steaks for 15 minutes, turn steaks over. Cover and chill 6 hours, turning once or twice.
- Drain fish and broil or barbeque. season with pepper and garnish with sesame seed.
