    2 T olive oil
    1/2 C white wine
    2 small lemons and peel, thinly sliced
    1 tsp fresh thyme
    3 small bay leaves
    10 peppercorns, cracked
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Mix all together. Marinate fish for 3-4 hours.
