Liver Rolls, Baked

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 C diced, cooked liver
1 small onion
2 T lemon juice
1 T chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
milk
baking powder biscuit dough;
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup milk
Recipe
Force liver and onion through food chopper. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and enough milk to mixture to spread.
Combine the dry ingredients for biscuits, cut in the butter and mix in the milk. Knead very lightly and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll biscuit dough into a rectangle, spread with liver mixture and roll as for jelly roll. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices, place in greased baking pan and bake in hot oven (400 degrees F) 15-20 minutes.
