- 1 set calfs brains
- salt and pepper
- flour or cracker crumbs
- fat
Instructions
- Soak brains in cold water for 30 minutes. Remove veins and membrane. Season, roll in flour or crumbs, broen in fat and cover skillet tightly. Cook slowly about 20 minutes.
