    LIVER, CREOLE

    List of Ingredients

    4 slices bacon
    1 pound lamb liver, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 cups chopped tomatoes
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/8 teaspoon curry powder or chili powder

    Recipe

    Dice bacon, fry until crisp and remove from fat. Dredge liver with flour and brown in bacon fat. Add remaining ingredient and bacon. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
    Serves 5.
