List of Ingredients

3 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 pounds mild Italian sausage
1/2 T salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 T marjoram
1/2 T thyme
1/2 C chopped parsley
1 onion, chopped 10 seconds in processor
2 C sour milk
2 C french bread cubes
1 T horseradish


Recipe

Soak the bread cubes in the sour milk over night. Mix meats and crumble bread in. Combine all ingredients. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour.
