    Liver, Pan Fried

    Recipe Introduction

    Serves 4.

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound liver, sliced thin
    flour
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe

    Wash liver with cold water and dry thoroughly. Cut into lengths about 3/8 inches wide. Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook in deep hot fat (375 degrees F.) until brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
