List of Ingredients
- 3 pounds spareribs
- 1 quart sauerkraut
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs into serving pieces and place in a shallow casserole.Spread sauerkraut on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees f. for 1 1/2 hours.
- Make dumplings; Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and combine. drop on sauerkraut. Cover and bake 1/2 hour.
