    Use these little meatballs in soup.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound ground beef
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe

    Mix ingredients and make into small meatballs about the size of a small radish.
    Simmer in a soup for about 3-5 minutes.
