1 pound ground pork
1 T soy sauce
2 T finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 T pineapple cream cheese spread
2 T mayonnaise
2 T teriyaki sauce
4 burger buns

Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Divide into 8 equal pieces and make into thin patties. Spread 4 patties with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese. Press remaining 4 patties over, sealing in the cream cheese.
Fry in an oiled skillet or grill pan over medium heat until fully cooked. (5 min per side).
Combine mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce. Place patties on buns and spread with the mayo mixture. Serve with pineapple slices and lettuce.
